How do I get the drivers for my computer to run the Canon Colorpass?

How do I set up the Colorpass/Fiery?
Your local dealer will have a certified technician properly install the Colorpass. With a little networking experience most users will find the process to be fairly simple. We can also provide phone support for a $200 fee.

Will my local dealer be able to put this under service?
Our machines comes directly from a customer site. We guarantee that the copier is functioning properly and making copies. Your local dealer may request a PM (Preventive Maintenance) before it goes under their service.

How will the copier be shipped to us?
Most interstate shipments are via Specialized Transportation, a world leader in high value products transportation, distribution and logistics. Many other interstate shipments are via Mayflower. Copiers are shipped padded air ride, and fully insured. Tracking information will provided when your order is set for shipping. Often for the southwest, we use regional shippers for which tracking information is not available.

If you wish to use your own shipper, please let our shipping department know all the details of your shipper, or they may be refused a pickup.

How much will shipping cost?
Through volume discounts, Copier Network can ship three machines up to 500 pounds total Coast to Coast for $549.00 fully insured. If you are in the Midwest it is only $449.00 and for the 11 western states the price drops to $349.00. Delivery includes ground floor delivery and a liftgate. Additional fees apply for stairs, elevators, and box trucks.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by credit card, wire transfer, cashiers and company check. We do not accept Cash or Personal Checks.
